These hot/cold rice pillows help your little one be brave in the face of boo boos! They offer cold and heat therapy while remaining soft. No toxic gels or chemicals.
 
For ice/cold care: store pillow in the freezer until needed.  
 
For heat/hot care: microwave pillow for 15 seconds at a time until you reach the temperature you want.  Please shake the bag to distribute the heat and test on an adult before using it on a child.
